Using HoorayTime
Use HoorayTime lawfully and only provide photos, text and other material you are entitled to use. Obtain permission from the people depicted and, where required, a parent or guardian for children’s photos. You are responsible for your account activity and for reviewing creations before sharing them. These terms apply to the app and website; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
AI artwork and your content
You retain rights you already hold in your uploaded material. You permit the processing and storage needed to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI results may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other output; likeness, uniqueness, copyright eligibility and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Do not use the service to deceive, impersonate, harass, exploit or produce unlawful or abusive material.
Pro, sparks and payments
New generation requires an active HoorayTime Pro subscription, an available spark and internet access. Current plans provide 3 sparks per week, 15 per month or 180 per year. One new portrait or card uses one spark; a spark is returned when generation definitively fails. Prices, included allowances, billing periods and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. The purchase screen governs your selected offer. Previously saved creations remain available to edit and export when sparks run out.
Renewals, cancellation and refunds
iOS subscriptions are purchased through Apple and verified using RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account’s subscription settings. Manage or restore purchases through the app or the store. Deleting the app or a HoorayTime account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through the applicable store process, subject to law. Android is planned; a Google Play release date is not promised.
Community and moderation
Feedback posts and comments are public. Do not post private information, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, spam or illegal content. You can report content and block members. We may remove or restrict violating content and preserve relevant records where needed for moderation or legal obligations. Do not attempt to bypass safety checks, subscription verification or access controls.
Availability, reminders and deletion
The service is provided as available. Styles and features can change, and generation or storage may be interrupted. Calendar reminders depend on device permissions and notification settings; they are not a guarantee that you will remember an event. Events remain local, do not repeat annually automatically, and do not send cards for you. Keep separate copies of important exports. Deleting an account removes associated content through the app’s deletion process; copies shared outside the app are not recalled.
Responsibility, changes and contact
To the extent allowed by applicable law, HoorayTime is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from generated output or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms and will show the revised date.
