This policy covers the HoorayTime app and this website. For privacy questions or requests about your information, contact iboualissouf@gmail.com. This version reflects the features described below; availability may depend on your app version and enabled services.
Photos and AI processing
When you choose a reference photo and agree to processing, the photo and relevant creation instructions are sent to OpenAI through our generation service to create and check the requested artwork. This is not entirely on-device processing. Use only photos you have permission to upload, including appropriate permission for children’s photos. Illustrated card styles can be used without a reference photo. OpenAI processes data under its applicable service terms and privacy commitments.
Accounts, purchases and saved creations
We handle account identifiers and information such as email supplied through Supabase authentication and Apple or Google sign-in. Apple processes iOS purchases; RevenueCat helps verify subscriptions, purchase identifiers and spark allowances. Finished artwork and creation details can be stored privately using Supabase and Cloudflare for connected-account backup and restoration. Calendar events and unfinished local drafts are not covered by that backup.
Calendar, Photos and notifications
Event names, dates and reminder choices are saved locally on your device. The calendar does not import contacts or sync with your device calendar. Reminder delivery needs notification permission. Generation-completion alerts may use a push token and Expo notification services. Saving an export to Photos requires the corresponding permission. You can change permissions in device settings. When you share a PNG with another app or person, that recipient’s handling of it is outside HoorayTime’s control.
Community, support and diagnostics
Feedback posts and comments are public to the community; avoid posting private information. We process votes, reports and blocks to operate and moderate the board, and information you provide when requesting support. When configured, PostHog processes usage events and Sentry processes diagnostic and performance information. Account IDs may associate these records with your account. Session replay is disabled in the current app configuration; Sentry’s default personal-information collection is disabled.
Why we use and share data
We use data to provide authentication, generate and save artwork, verify purchases, deliver requested notifications, provide support, moderate content and prevent abuse. Relevant service providers include Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple, Google for sign-in, Cloudflare, Expo, and configured PostHog and Sentry services. Only data needed for their role is shared. Providers may process information in other countries under their applicable safeguards and terms. We do not sell personal data.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Temporary reference copies are removed after generation processing; temporary cloud uploads are configured to expire after one day. Finished cloud creations are retained until deleted or the account is deleted. Security, moderation or transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Delete creations or use account deletion in Account settings, or contact us about access, correction or deletion. Rights depend on applicable law. Copies already exported to Photos or shared elsewhere must be removed separately. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.
This website and policy updates
This website serves static pages and locally hosted assets. It uses session storage to remember the entry page for download attribution during a browsing session; no third-party analytics collector is currently connected. Your hosting connection may generate ordinary request logs such as an IP address and requested URL. Store links may include campaign identifiers. Language changes use ordinary page links. We update this policy when practices change and show the revised date on this page.
